The obvious setup is often the bait
Inducement is the clean, tempting entry placed before the real level, to collect orders and stops.
What you see
- A textbook setup that appears too easily.
- Weak, overlapping break candles.
- No imbalance left behind.
Why it happens
- Institutions need counterparties.
- The easiest way to get them is to offer a setup the crowd will take.
How to trade it
- Ask what is below or above this level.
- If a deeper untapped level exists, that is the real one.
Journal it: Write down whether your entry was the easy one or the patient one.
