The range under the level builds the fuel
A range is a stop factory. Longs put stops under it, shorts put stops above the high.
What you see
- Sideways chop pinned under resistance.
- Equal highs forming at the top.
Why it happens
- Both sides load up.
- Whichever way it breaks, there is fuel.
How to trade it
- Trade the break that gets accepted, not the first poke.
- Fade only when pushes into the level are weakening.
Journal it: Note how long the range lasted and which side broke.
