Everyone buys the line with stops just under it. The third or fourth touch usually pokes through first.
What you see
- Three or more touches on the same line.
- Textbook, clean, obvious.
Why it happens
- Obvious equals crowded.
- Stops under the line are easy liquidity.
How to trade it
- Expect the poke below the line.
- Buy the reclaim above it, stop under the wick.
